Home >> Bringing the Power of Molecular Logic to High School Biology |
The Concord Consortium invites interested high school teachers to participate in field testing Molecular Logic (MOLO), a supplemental technology program designed to help students understand fundamental biological phenomena in terms of the interactions of atoms and molecules. The Molecular Logic project will do this by enhancing biology courses with guided explorations of powerful atomic and molecular computational models correlated to traditional biology textbooks. This project will help students visualize diffusion and equilibrium, random thermal motion, organic and inorganic molecules, polymer folding, template based synthesis and biochemical processes.
The MOLO models and activities can be found here: http://molo.concord.org/
We are looking for 24 Field Test Teachers. These teachers will receive a stipend of $500.00 And 10 Implementation testers that will get a stipend of $200.00
